One Year Completion In Call Center
Well I am not a spiritual Guru or any kind of saint who can make your way or your life a good and classy one. The aim of writing this article is this much, what we are doing to our life and what we are unto it. I am working in a call center and its very reputed company (believe me!! people want to work with it) Still the satisfaction level is 0. The office is very good and people working there are also cool people.
I started the job in Sept11 2006 and it’s more then a year now. if I am going to ascertain from where I had started my job and where I am, might be I will be writing a whole book worth of some 200 pages and I can guarantee that might going to give challenge to the book One night @ call center. The only difference is this, in that book story was kindaa fictions and here I can guarantee you the things are going to be all real and most of the people will say yes once they are going to understand my story.
1 year and I have learnt nobody is your friend & if they are any they are going to be with you at least for major part of your life. I started the things in September as I told you guys and September 2007 has shrieked my friends list. Earlier when I started I could say there are 20-30 people who will be with me now it’s really tough to get 5 names out of my mouth.
No body knows why this thing happened however i can let you know one thing that everything happened between us we all have our major reasons there to let the other people know why the xyz person is bad. This is all because of competition. Yeah believe me - most of the people will say you are working in call center that’s why you are saying this. However believe me guys in the other departments or in the corporate world it’s really worst then what I have seen.
completion of 1 year did not bring all the negative things, there are few positive as i am attached to my organization, got to know where I am going to heading towards, meeting with good people too and above all communication part has improved a lot.
Still there is lot to go and much to learn about the things. 1 year in the organization feel you like achieving some good marks, especially when you are working in call center.
Ah!!! Its one of the toughest job on this planet, earth believes me.
